Celebrity chef Dominique Rizzo will host this always popular stage, sharing her stories, recipes and passion for fresh and local produce. The Sunday Mail Royal Queensland Food & Wine Show Stage will showcase the nation's best produce from the Royal Queensland Food and Wine Show. Talented chefs from renowned Queensland restaurants will create a range of dishes from family-friendly meals to mouth-watering menu items.
The program also includes master classes, competitions and workshops, including a food and beer matching workshop by special guest Matt Kirkegaard, one of Australia's most respected independent beer coaches and writers.
